The OKAI Global app is used for controlling and personalizing your e-scooter and e-bike such as remote lock and unlock and adjusting lighting colors, but it also has some extra neat functionalities!
On the homepage, you can see all sorts of neat information such as battery status, mileage count, and remote lock/unlock capabilities.
Utilizing the app, you can turn on/off the headlights as well as adjusting riding modes.
To access servicing, simply navigate to the settings, and click on After-sales service, after which you'll come across the ticket submitting screen.
Fill out the fields and include a picture if possible for easier troubleshooting, leave your contact info and you're good to go!
If you need to see your submitted tickets, simply click Feedback List in the top right-hand corner.
