OKAI provides a range of shipping options, which are outlined below, along with the availability of free ground shipping for many of our products. Products eligible for free shipping will be indicated on the respective product listing page. Please note that shipping times are calculated based on business days(Monday to Friday) , excluding weekends and holidays. In some cases, your order may be delivered in multiple packages. For orders valued at $400.00 or more, a signature may be necessary upon delivery.
At the moment, OKAI exclusively offers shipping services to the lower 48 states. If you are a customer from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we kindly request that you reach out to our customer service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance regarding shipping information.
Please ensure that all orders include a valid street address as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Due to a recent increase in order volume, please allow 2-5 working days for order processing. In-stock items are typically shipped the following business day. For pre-order or back-ordered items, please refer to the shipping date specified on the product page. Once you receive your tracking number, you can track your shipment on the carrier's website for an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery exceptions may occur due to federal holidays, severe weather conditions, failed delivery attempts, and other factors beyond our control. We regret to inform you that overnight delivery services are currently not available.
There are two ways in which you can track your order:
You‘ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number from our customer service team once your order has been shipped. You can also contact our dedicated customer care team at email@example.com to check on your order status.
You can track your order by visiting https://okai.co, click on ‘My Account’ and then click on ’My Order’.
- Customers will have the option to cancel Orders at any time before OKAI initiates the shipping process. Normally, the shipping process commences within approximately 24hours of placing the order. In the event that a customer is unable to cancel their order before it is shipped, they can still make returns following OKAI Return Policy.
- In the event of a failed delivery caused by an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be held responsible for any reroute fee that may be incurred.(typically $50.00-$80.00).
- Please note that shipping times may be subject to variable customs clearance times or public holidays, which can affect the delivery time-frame. If you have not received your package within the estimated time frame mentioned above, we kindly request that you contact us for assistance.
- Please be aware that it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active and visible on the courier's system. If the tracking information does not appear on the courier's website, we kindly ask that you try again at a later time.
- The estimated/typical delivery times provided are based on actual data collected from previous orders. Please note that these times are approximate and should be used as a reference only.
Our 30-Day Return Policy at OKAI.CO requires customers to reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving their purchased item to initiate the return process. In order for the return to be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and accompanied by a return authorization number provided by OKAI. Customers are also required to provide proof of purchase to begin the return process.
If you have purchased OKAI products from other authorized retailers or sellers, please contact the seller from whom you originally purchased the item.
OKAI will cover the shipping costs for product returns under the following conditions:
- If the product was damaged during shipping or while in the warehouse.
- If the product has defects.
- If an incorrect product was delivered.
The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs if the product is returned under any other conditions. The costs may vary depending on the shipping location. Please note that OKAI does not accept returns of items that have been modified in any way. Any modifications made will void the OKAI warranty. If any modified products are returned to OKAI, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. However, for approved returns, OKAI will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- if a return is made within the 14-day return period and is not related to defects, shipping damage, or the wrong product being delivered, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- Once OKAI receives the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. The customer will be notified by email once the refund has been processed. If the refund is not received within this time frame, please contact the OKAI Customer Support Team. Please note that all returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet OKAI's return policy.
Product Return Process
To initiate a product return, customers should contact OKAI customer service and request authorization. During this process, customers will be asked to provide the reason for the return, as well as a receipt or proof of purchase. The OKAI Customer Support Team will then review the request to determine if the purchase is eligible for return. If the return is approved, OKAI will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and, if applicable, provide a prepaid return shipping label. It is important for the customer to clearly mark the RMA number on the package and include the dated proof of purchase with the returned product.
Please note that it is important not to return any items without obtaining RMA confirmation from the OKAI Customer Support Team. Returns made without RMA confirmation will not be processed for a refund or replacement, and the items will be returned to the original sender.
