Scooter is worth the price.

Scooter build quality, display, battery, suspension and lights are wonderful. The regenerative break is too strong though. Speed gets up to advertised 24mph.

Love it only, but only one thing

Love this scooter but only one thing I would suggest in the next version to lengthen the riding base by two to three inch would mean the world to me. It is still the perfect ride

By far the OKAI NEON ULTRA is one of the best Electric Scooters on the market! Very sturdy, reliable build quality. Also very fast at 24mph and comfortable with dual suspension. Definitely recommended 10/10 for new or experienced riders 👍

Almost prefect

Great scooter. Only ran into an issue with the headlight was broken during shipment. Contacted the company and they sent me a new headlight and instruction for installing it.

Okai bike

This bike is so great and fast I love it.

Too cute to give up.

It is super cute. But, I got bad luck. The package is seriously damaged. The locker part is broken too. Contact Okai and Returned in days. Buy it again at BestBuy with higher price (Just in case I have bad luck again. If so, I can return it to bestbuy store quickly). Anyway, worth it. My baby likes it so much. Hope that I have good luck with this new one.

Great scooter!

Quality and Durability

The scooter itself was good, however the power connector was defective. The connector will not connect fully. The connector was not solid enough to hold the cable tight together.

I would have given 6 stars but.,,

I went to put the key on a simple small keychain and it immediately cracked. I got a hold of customer support. Send them a picture all that stuff and was told it’s cosmetic so they won’t covered under warranty yeah cosmetic except I can’t keep it on a keychain anymore, so I’m more likely to lose the key, poor customer service
