It is super cute. But, I got bad luck. The package is seriously damaged. The locker part is broken too. Contact Okai and Returned in days. Buy it again at BestBuy with higher price (Just in case I have bad luck again. If so, I can return it to bestbuy store quickly). Anyway, worth it. My baby likes it so much. Hope that I have good luck with this new one.
The scooter itself was good, however the power connector was defective. The connector will not connect fully. The connector was not solid enough to hold the cable tight together.
I went to put the key on a simple small keychain and it immediately cracked. I got a hold of customer support. Send them a picture all that stuff and was told it’s cosmetic so they won’t covered under warranty yeah cosmetic except I can’t keep it on a keychain anymore, so I’m more likely to lose the key, poor customer service
