It is super cute. But, I got bad luck. The package is seriously damaged. The locker part is broken too. Contact Okai and Returned in days. Buy it again at BestBuy with higher price (Just in case I have bad luck again. If so, I can return it to bestbuy store quickly). Anyway, worth it. My baby likes it so much. Hope that I have good luck with this new one.

I went to put the key on a simple small keychain and it immediately cracked. I got a hold of customer support. Send them a picture all that stuff and was told it’s cosmetic so they won’t covered under warranty yeah cosmetic except I can’t keep it on a keychain anymore, so I’m more likely to lose the key, poor customer service

The box csme torn up snd when I opened the box I could tell the scooter was used. It had scratches and scuff Msrks all over the scooter and when I downloaded the app it was registered to someone else and had 272 miles on it. I got the scooter for a good price but i thought I was buying a new one

Well the electric scooter itself is cool. Easy to assemble. I ordered black and expected it to be black and gray, but you can see from the photo it's black and white. Also Amazon had a 2 week shipping date. Account kept saying it would arrive but day of my scooter never came and Amazon only updated after the missed ship date. Had to contact Amazon and it arrived 2 days later.Plan on keeping it as it's a pretty good ride. Docking a couple of stars because it's not the right color scheme and Amazons shipment error.
